that we Mary N. Bailey Mary E. Bailey Henry J. Bailey
Orville B. Bailey Ellie C. Bailey and Margaret R.
Bailey all heirs at law of James B. Bailey late of
Alachua County State of Florida deceased for and in
consideration of the fact which we hereby acknow
ledge to be true that the property hereinafter describ
ed was bought by Thomas Patterson late of
Alachua County Florida deceased from the said
James B. Bailey during his life time and was
fully paid for to the said James B. Bailey
during his life time by the said Thomas Patterson
and that from oversight no formal deed of convey
ance to the same was executed by the said James
B. Bailey during his life time have granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto Sarah
A. Patterson Lizzie Pinkershon Susan Patterson
Mary E. McCarroll and William Patterson sole heirs
at Law of the said Thomas Patterson deceased
all of that certain lot piece or parcel of land sit
uated lying and being in the Town of Gainesville
in the County of Alachua in the State of Florida
particularly described as follows to wit: commencing at the
South East corner of the Lot in said Town of Gainesville
Florida heretofore conveyed by the said James B.
Bailey during his life time by deed of record to the
said Thomas Patterson and upon which the said
Thomas Patterson resided at the time of and for
several years prior to his death then running west
Two hundred and Ten (210) feet thence South Three
hundred and fifteen (315) feet thence East Two hundred
and ten (210) feet thence North Three hundred and
fifteen 315 feet to the place of beginning
