                  "Deed"
This Indenture made the 23rd day of November AD 1883
between B.F. Johnson Montreal Canada BP of the first
part and Miss Emma Parker of Worcester in the State
of Massachusetts of the second part witnesseth that
the said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of Three Hundred ($30000) dollars to him in
hand paid by the said party of the second part the receip
t whereof is hereby acknowledged has granted bargain
ed sold and conveyed and by these presents does grant
bargain sell and convey unto the said party of the second
part all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Beginning at a stake which is located as follows
Start at the south west corner of Section Twenty Two (22)
in Township Ten (10) south Range Nineteen(19) East and
run thence East Twelve chains and Sixty (60) links thence
North Thirty 30 chains To the SW Corner of the R.D. Stinson
land thence East along the South Boundary line of said
Tract Ten (10) chains to the SE Corner thereof containing
East Seventeen 17 chains and thirty  30 links to a Stake
stands at the SW corner and is the starting point of
the land herein conveyed whence run north Ten 88/100 chains
Thence East Nine 20/100 chains thence South Ten 88/100 chains
Thence West Nine 20/100 chains to the point of beginning contain
ing by estimation ten (10) acres of land more or less Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments and appur
tenances to the same belonging or in any wise appertain
ing  To Have and to hold the same unto her the said
party of the second part and to her heirs executors
administrators and assigns in fee simple and absolute
and the said party of the first part does hereby
convenant and agree to and with the said party
