Dominion  Canada  }  This Indenture made the
23d day of November AD between B.F. Johnson of the Prov
ince of Quebec of the first part and Dame Mary Lester
King....wife of L.H. Packard of the same Province of the
second part witnesseth that the said party of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of four
                                  in hand
Hundred & fifty $45000 dollars to him^paid by the
said party of the second part the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged has granted bargained sold and
conveyed and by these presents do grant bargain sell
and convey unto the said party of the second part
all of that certain lot piece parcel or tract of land
situated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the State of Florida particularly known and des
cribed as follows to wit Beginning at a point which
is located as follows Start at the SW Corner of Sec 22
Township (10) South Range 19 East Run thence East
Twelve 60/100 chains thence North thirty 30 chains thence East
Twenty seven 30/100 chains thence north Nine 20/100 chains to 
a stake at the north West corner of Miss Emma
Parkers lot which is the South West corner
and starting point of the land herein conveyed and running
thence East Nine 20/100 chains thence North Nineteen 12/100
chains to the Transit Rail Road thence in a Southwesterly
direction along the line of said Rail Road Ten 93/100
chains thence South thirteen 54/100 chains to the point
of beginning containing by estimation Fifteen(15) acres
of Land more or less together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances to the same
belonging or in any wise appertaining To Have and
to hold the same unto her the said party of the second
part and to her heirs executors administrators and ass
igns in fee simple and absolute and the said party
of the first part do hereby covenant and agree
to and with the said party of the second part that
he is lawfully seized in fee of the property herein
and hereby conveyed and that he has good and
lawful right to sell and convey the same that
the same is free from all encumbrance of any
kind whatsoever and that he will and his heirs
executors and administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend the same unto the said party
of the second part and to her heirs executors adm
inistrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever
now claiming or hereafter to claim the same  In witness
whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto set
