County of Putnam and State of Florida of the
first part and George W. Ferrill of the City of Gain
esville of same state and County of Alachua
of the Second part witnesseth that the said partie
of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of Four Thousand ($4000.00) Dollars lawful
money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged
have granted bargained sold aliened remised released con
veyed and confirmed and by these presents do grant
bargain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever all that lot or parcel of land
lying and being in the City of Gainesville County of
Alachua and State of Florida described as follows to 
wit: On the maps or Plats of said City of Gainesville
as the Northwest quarter of lot no One (1) in Block no four
(4) Range three (3) of the original survey of said town
or City the premises hereby conveyed being one hundred
100 feet East & West by thirty (30) feet north and south and
is the same lot or Parcel of land conveyed by J.D. Matheson
et al to Mrs Mercie F. Boardman by Deed dated May 14th AD
1881 and recorded in Book "M" of the Public records of Alachua
County Florida at pages 506-507-508-509 Together with
all and singular the Homestead Rights tenements heredit
aments and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any
wise appertaining and the reversion and reversions rem
ainder and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interest dower and right
of dower separate estate property possesion claim and
demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the
said parties of the first part of in and to the same
and every part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to Hold the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances unto the said
party  of the second part his heirs and assigns to his
& their own proper use benefit and behoof forever
and the said parties of the first part for themselves & their
heirs executors and administrators to covenant promise
and agree to and with the said party of the second part
his heirs and assigns that the said parties of the first
part at the time of the sealing and delivery of these
presents are lawfully seized in fee simple of a good
absolute and indefeasible estate of inheritance of and
in all and singular the above granted bargained and
described premises with the appurtenances and have good
