the time separate and apart from her husband the
said Charles A. Boardman did then and there make
and execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name
being with her own hand subscribed and her seal
affixed in my presence witness my hand and seal at

N. Bone of the State and County aforesaid of the first
part and G.W. Terrell of the same State and County

at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
