Be it known that on this 14th day of December AD
1883 personally appeared before me a Notary Public
well known as the wife of Charles A. Boardman
and as one of the persons described in and who ex
ecuted the foregoing deed of conveyance who being at
the time separate and apart from her husband the
said Charles A. Boardman did then and there make
and execute the foregoing acknowledgment her name 
being with her own hand subscribed and her seal
affixed in my presence witness my hand and seal at
Palatka Fla the day and year above written

Alachua County   }  This Indenture made and enter
ed into this 31st day of December AD 1883 between James
N. Bone of the State and County aforesaid of the first
part and G.W. Terrell of the same State and County
of the second part witnesseth that the said party of
the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of One hundred and fifty dollars to him in hand paid
at and before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged hath granted
bargained sold and conveyed and by these presence
