doth grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
party of the second part Two (2) certain tracts piece
parcel or lot of land lying and being situated in the
State and County aforesaid and in what is generally
known as Browns Addition to Gainesville and par
ticularly described as follows to wit: first the East
half of the west half of lot or subdivision No three
(3) in lot No three (3) of the North west quarter of
section five (5) Township Ten (10) south range
twenty (20) East the said Lot or subdivision hereby
conveyed being thirty nine and one third (39 1/3)
feet from East to west and one hundred and fifty
seven and a half (157 1/2) feet from North to South
second the East half of lot or subdivision No three
(3) in lot No three (3) of the Northwest quarter of section
five (5) Township Ten (10) South range twenty (20) East
the said lot or subdivision hereby conveyed being seven
ty Eight and three fourths (78 3/4) feet from East to
west and one hundred and fifty seven and a half
(157 1/2) feet from North to South the said lots being
bounded on the North by a street. To Have and to
hold unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever in fee simple In witness
whereof the said party of the first part has hereunto
set his hand and affixed his seal the day and year
