R.B. Smith & Wife  To  M.A. McCone
                 "Quit Claim Deed"
State of Florida }
Alachua County   } This Indenture made the day of
July in the year One Thousand eight hundred and Eighty
three between R.B. Smith of said State & County and Elizabeth
J. Smith his wife parties of the first part and  Mary
A. McCone of the same State & County party of the
second part witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and  in consideration of the sum of Seventy
five Dollars lawful money of the United States to
them in hand paid by the said party of the second
part at or before the ensealing or delivery of these
presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
remised released and quit claimed and by these
presents do remise release and quit claim unto them
said party of the second part and to her heirs and
assigns forever all that certain piece or parcel of land
lying and being situated in said State & County and
Known and described as follows  Beginning at a stake
thirteen and one half (13 1/2) chains from the south
East corner of the south  half of section Twenty six
(26) Township Eleven (11) South Range 21 East running
thence North Thirteen and one half chains to corner
thence West Twenty seven 27 chains thence South Thirteen
& one half chains (13 1/2) to corner thence East Twenty seven
27 chains to point of beginning containing thirty three
and one Third acres more or less also one acre square
in the South East corner of said Hunters Home place
being the place conveyed to the said Robert B. Hunter by
James M. Hunter on the 19th day of October AD 1876
and recorded in Book "J" pp 952 & 953 in Township
11 S Range 21 East and bounded on the south & east
by the lines of said home place Together with all and
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
thereunto belonging or in any wise appertaining and also
all the estate right title interest dower and right of
dower of the said parties of the first part of in and
to the above described premises and every part and
parcel thereof To Have and to Hold all and singular
the above mentioned and described premises together
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever  In witness
whereof the said parties of the first part have hereunto
set their hands and seals the day and year first above
written
