appeared Elizabeth J. Smith well known to me as the
wife of Russell B. Smith who after being examined
by me separate and apart from her said husband
acknowledged that she joined her said husband in
the foregoing Deed of conveyance for the purpose
of relinquishing her dower or right of dower to the
lands conveyed therein and that she did so freely and
voluntarily and without any constraint apprehension
or fear of or from her said husband Taken and
acknowledged before me this 10th day of July

This Indenture made this Twenty Eighth day of
December in the year of our lord one thous
and Eight hundred and Eighty three by and betw
een Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer her husband
both of Palmer County Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Elizabeth England of Falls Church
Fairfax Co Virginia of the second part witness
eth that the said parties of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Two Thousand
Dollars in lawful money of the United States to
them in hand paid by the said party of the sec
ond part at and before the ensealing and deliv
ery of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby
