acknowledged have granted bargained sold aliened
enfeoffed released and conveyed and do by these
presents grant bargain sell alien enfeoff release
and convey unto the said party of the second part
her heirs and assigns forever the following described
real estate situate in the County of Alachua and
State of Florida to wit all those certain pieces
or parcels of land and premises known and dis

in the Town of Palmer Alachua County State of

& East containing forty (40) acres more or less and des

improvements ways easements rights privileges app
urtenances and hereditaments to the same belonging
or in any wise appertaining and all the remainder
reversions rents issues and profits thereof and all
the estate right title interest claim and demand

part and their heirs shall and will warrant and
forever defend the said pieces or parcels of land
premises and appurtenances unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns from and against
the claims of all persons claiming or to claim the same
or any part thereof by from under or through and
further that we the said parties of the first part
and our heirs shall and will at any and at all times
hereafter upon the request and at the cost of the
said party of the second part her or assigns make
deliver and acknowledge all such other Deed or Deeds
or other assurance in law for the more certain
and effectual conveyance of the said pieces or par
cels of land and premises and appurtenances unto
