undersigned Saml C. Mills a Commissioner resident in the
City of Washington duly commissioned and qualified
by the executive authority and under the laws of the
State of Florida to take the acknowledgment of Deeds
Etc to be used or recorded therein Do hereby certify
that Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer her husb
and parties to a certain Deed bearing date on the Twenty
Eight day of December AD 1883 and hereunto annexed
personally appeared before me in the District aforesaid
the said Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer being per
sonally well known to me to be the persons who executed
the said Deed and acknowledged the same to be their
act and deed and the said Ella Palmer being of full
age and being by me examined prively and apart
from her husband and having the Deed aforesaid
fully explained to her acknowledged the same
to be her act and deed and declared that she
had willingly signed sealed and delivered the same
and that she wished not to retract it  Given under
my name and notarial seal this 29th day of Decem
