of the aforesaid County & State for and in consider
ation of the sum of Sixty dollars to us in hand paid
by Richard J. Crosly of the County of Alachua in the
State of Florida the receipt whereof we do hereby acknow
ledge have granted bargained sold and conveyed and
by these presents do grant bargain sell and convey
unto him the said Richard J. Crosby all of that
certain lot piece tract or parcel of land situated lying
and being in the county of Alachua in the state of
Florida particularly known and described as follows
to wit: Beginning at a Stake it being the south East
corner of the North West quarter of the South quarter
of Fractional section (5) Township 9 Range 21 running
North along said line 295 feet to a stake thence
west 295 feet to a state thence south 295 feet
to a stake thence east 295 feet to the place of beginning
it being a portion of the  North West quarter of the 
south West quarter of Fractional section 5 Township
9 Range 21 containing by estimation two acres more or
less Together with all the and singular the tenements
hereditaments and appurtenances to the same belonging
or anywise appertaining  To have and to hold the
same unto him the said Richard J. Crosby and
to his heirs executors administrators and assigns in fee
simple absolute and we the said Martha J. Bell and
A.D. Bell do hereby covenant and agree to and with
the said Richard J. Crosby that we are lawfully
seized in fee the property herein and hereby conveyed
and that we have good and lawful right to sell
and convey the same that the same is free from all
encumbrances of any kind whatsoever and that we
will and our heirs executors and administrators shall
and will forever warrant and defend the same unto him
the said Richard J. Crosby and to his heirs executors
administrators and assigns against the lawful claims
and demands of any and all persons whomsoever now
claiming or hereafter to claim the same In witness where
of we have hereunto set our hand and our seal on
