apart from her said husband says and acknow
ledges before me that she did sign the said deed
of conveyance for the purpose of releasing relinquis
hing and renouncing all of her right of Dower 
in and to the land in said deed described and that
said relinquishment and renunciation of dower was
done and made by her freely and voluntarily and
without any compulsion constraint apprehension or fear
of or from her said husband

ty three between Maximillian D. Berlitz and Sallie B. 
Berlitz his wife of the City of Boton and State of 
Massachusetts Emile Dubois and Lousia Sidelle
Debois his wife of Leon County State of Florida par
ties of the first part and George W. Ferrell of
the County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
second part witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part in consideration of the sum of two
thousand Dollars to them in hand paid by the
