the said party of the second part and to his 
heirs and assigns forever the following described
lands to wit: Lots numbers three (3) and four (4)
in Block Three (3) Range Four (4) in Ropers addition
to town of Gainesville lying and being in section
four (4) Township ten (10) South Range Twenty
(20) East according to the map of the survey of
the said Roper's addition to the said town of 
Gainesville on record in the Clerks office of 
said County and State known as the Miaskoskis
Place said lots being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida and containing by estimation
Two(2) acres of land more or less Together with
all and singular the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging or in any wise
appertaining and the reversions and remainders
rents issues and profits thereof and all the estate
right title interest dower and right of dower
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
in law and in equity of the said parties of the
first part of in and to the above granted premises
and every part thereof with the appurtenances To
Have and to hold the above mentioned and described
premises with the appurtenances to the said party
of the second part his heirs and assigns forever
and the said parties of the first part and their
heirs the above described and hereby granted and
released premises and every part and parcel there
of with the appurtenances unto the said party of
the second part his heirs and assigns against
the said parties of the first part and their
heirs and against all and every person and persons
whomsoever lawfully claiming or to claim the same
or any part thereof shall and will warrant and
