                               "Deed"
The State of Florida }
Alachua County       }  This Indenture made and
entered into on this 29th day of May AD 1883 by and
between Charles F. Bailey by Jas D. Matheson and
James T. McMillan his attorneys in fact parties of
the first part and John T. Meader party of the second
part all residents of said State and County except Char
les F. Bailey who resides in the State of Texas Witness
eth that for and in consideration of the sum of
Two hundred and fifty dollars $25000 paid to the
party of the first by the party of the second part the
receipt of which is hereby acknowledged the said party
have this day granted bargained and sold and conveyed
and by these presents do sell bargain and convey unto
the party of the second part his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain part or parcel or tract of land
lying and situate in said County and State and describ
ed as follows lot number Fourteen (14) on W.C. Millers
map recorded May 13 1878 in Deed Book "K" on page
203 of the public records of said County and State
but more particularly described as the North West quarter
of the North West quarter of the south east quarter Section
thirty two in Township nine (9) South of Range Twenty (20)
East containing Ten (10) acres of land more or less Together
with all improvements thereunto belonging To have and to 
hold the same unto him the said party of the second
part and to his heirs executors administrators and assigns
and fee simple absolute and I the said Charles F. Bailey
by James D. Matheson and James T. McMillan as my said
attorneys in fact bind myself my heirs executors adm
inistrators or assigns to forever defend the title to said des
cribed lands against the claims of any and all persons
whomsoever laying claim to the same  In witness whereof
I have hereunto set my hand and affixed my seal on
this 29th day of May AD 1883.
