"Incorporation of Presbyterian Church of Waldo"
To all whom it may concern We the undersigned certify
that we were respectively chairman and secretary of a
meeting called in accordance with a notice of which
the following is a copy To wit Notice of Incorporation
The under signed hereby give notice of the formation
of a church and society under the general law of
State of Florida to be called The first Presbyterian
Church and Society of Waldo Fla for the pur
pose of erecting a church edifice maintaining rel
igious worship and securing such advantages and
priviliges as shall be connected therewith a meeting to
effect a corporate organization will be held in Waldo
on Oct 16th at 7 Oclock P.M. in Temperance Hall
The Names and residence of those who will manage
the affairs of the society for the first year or until
others are chosen in their places are J.M. Perry J.
E. Merrill T.A. Peck T.M. Cauthen H.N. Pettit Robert
F. Tracey and J.T. Ferguson all of Waldo Fla

That said Notice was given by three distinct copies
duly signed and posted up in three distinct public
places adjacent to the place of meeting seven days

meeting was held at Temperance Hall on the day and

present T.M. Cauthen H.N. Pettit Mrs S.A. Pettit and
James Mitchell when on motion T.M. Cauthen was
