same on call at any meeting section 3.  The Treasurer
shall receive and disburse all funds of the society
under the direction of the Board excepting all monies
contributed for the poor the Boards of the Church and
other benevolent objects which funds shall be under the
direction and controll of the pastor and church session
The Treasurer shall make report of all funds passing
through his hands whenever called upon by the Board
and also at the annual meeting of the society
           Article VII  Quorum
Three members of the Board of trustees who may
be present shall constitute a quorum
          Article VIII  Absence of Officers
In the absence of the president or secretary the
place may be filled by the election of some other
member pro tempore
          Article IX  Vacancies
If the place of any Trustee shall become vacant by
reason of death removal the Board shall have power
to fill the vacancy until the next annual meeting
          Article X  Meeting of the Board
The Board shall fix the time of their regular meeting
but special meetings can be called at any time by
the president or by any two members of the Board.
           Article XI  The Powers of the Board
The Board of Trustees shall not obligate the society
or make it responsible for indebtedness other than
church expenses to an amount exceeding one 
hundred Dollars per annum without the authority
of the Society determined by vote at the annual
meetings or at a special meeting called for the pur
pose and of which general notice has been given.
            Article XII  Meetings of the Society
All meetings of the society shall be presided
over by a moderator elected for the occasion
and the secretary shall be the clerk of the church
session who shall keep a record of all the meet
ings of the society  In the absence of the said clerk
a secretary may be elected pro tempore
            Article XIII  Amendments
This constitution can be attend or amended by a 
vote of two thirds of the members presents of the
society at an annual meeting or a special
meeting called for the purpose of which general 
notice has been given  Provided that articles One (1)
and Two (2) and only be changed or attend
by authority of Presbytery  The society then having
considered and adopted the foregoing constitution
