proceeded to the election of five trustees and the
following members were elected to wit J.E. Merrill
H.N. Pettit T.M. Cauthen Theodore A. Peck and D.L.
Renault upon motion the Trustees were directed to
purchase suitable lots and proceed as spedely as
possible to the erection of a house of worship
thereon for the use of the society Thereupon the
society adjourned with prayer

"Quit Claim Deed"
This conveyance made this the first day of March
AD One thousand eight hundred and Eighty one by the
Peninsular Rail Road Company a body corporate under
the laws of the State of Florida party of the first part
to David L. Yulee of the City of Fernandina County of Nass
au and State of Florida party of the second part;
witnesseth that the said party of the first part for
and in consideration of the sum of Ten dollars
dollars to it in hand paid the receipt of which is
hereby acknowledged has bargained sold remised and
Quit Claimed and by these presents does bargain
sell remise release and forever quit claim unto the
said party of the said party of the second part and
to his heirs and assigns forever all those certain lots
pieces or parcels of land situate lying and being in
the County of Alachua and State of Florida and known
and designated on the public maps of said State
as lot numbered One (1) of section Twenty one (21)
