(22) East excepting and reserving a Tract of five (5)
acres located in the North End of said lot belonging
to one Caraway containing the above mentioned reser
vation excepted fifty two (52) acres more or less also
Lot numbered Twelve (12) of section Twenty Two 22 in town
ship Eleven (11) South of Range Twenty Two (22) East con
taining fifty six (56) acres more or less. Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions remainder and
remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
also all the estate right title interest separate estate
dower and right of dower property possession claim
and demand whatsoever as well in law as in equity
of the said party of the first part of in and to the
above bargained and described premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances to 
have and to hold all and singular the above mention
ed and described premises together with the appur
tenances unto the said party of the second part
