in said deeds of conveyance and did not renounce
my dower right in said lands and whereas Ida E.
Burnett is now the owner of the said lands there
fore know all men by these presents that I Jane
A.L. Ingram the wife of said Tillman Ingram do 
hereby renounce release and relinquish all my dower
and right of dower unto the said Ida E. Burnett in 
and to the following lots tracts or pieces of land sit
uated lying and being in the State of Florida County
of Alachua and in the City of Gainesville to wit
Lot Numbered Nine (9) in what is  Known as Ingram
addition to the Town of Gainesville Lot Numbered three
(3) Block Four (4) Range three (3) of the original
survey of said Town of Gainesville Block Five (5)
Range Two (2) of said original survey of said Tkown
of Gainesville and also to the following described
piece of parcel of land to wit commencing at the
South East corner of Block Five (5) Range Three (3)
of said original survey thence run North one hund
and Twenty (120) feet thence west one hundred and
twenty four (124) feet thence south one hundred
and Twenty (120) feet thence East one hundred and
twenty four (124) feet to the place of beginning  In
witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand and
affixed my seal on this 2nd day of January AD
1884.

interest to dower and right of Dower in and to 
the lands above described and that she did the
same freely and voluntarily and without any compul
sion constraint apprehension or fear of or from 
her husband
