     Eliza H. Owens Et al  To  Wm H. Donaldson
                        "Deed"
This Indenture made this sixth day of December
One thousand Eight hundred and Eighty three between
Eliza H. Owens  Heath Owens  Annie A. Owens and Jessie
A. Owens of Marion County State of Florida of the 
first part and William H. Donaldson of Alachua
County State of Florida of the second part witnesseth
that the first parties for and in consideration of one
hundred and sixty dollars to them in hand paid
by the second party the receipt whereof is hereby ack
nowledged Hath granted bargained sold and convey
ed and by these presents Doth grant bargain sell ad
convey unto the second party his heirs and assigns the foll
owing lands lying and being situated in Alachua County
State of Florida and described as follows to wit  Forty acres
of land lying and being in the south East corner of
Fractional Section three (3) in Township Nine (9)
South of Range Twenty one (21) lying in the Arredondo
Grant Together with the tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances thereunto belonging To Have and to hold
said Lands unto the second party his heirs and assig
ns absolutely forever  In witness whereof the first 
parties have hereunto set their hands and seals the
day and year first above written

and Jessie A. Owens and Each acknowledged signing
the foregoing deed for the uses and purposes therein
contained
