     Benjamin H. Joyner  To  Wm M. Rhoads
                       "Deed"
This Indenture made this Tenth day of December in the
year of Our Lord One Thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
three Between Benjamin H. Joyner & Sabrinia M.
Joyner wife of said Benj H. Joyner of the County of Ala
chua and State of Florida of the first part and Wm M.
Rhods of Philadelphia Pennsylvania of the second part
witnesseth that the said parties of the first part for 
and in consideration of the sum of Fifteen Hundred
00/100 Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of 
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have granted bargained sold aleined remised
released conveyed and confirmed and by these presents
do grant bargain sell alein remise release convey and
confirm unto the said party of the second part and
his heirs and assigns forever all that certain Lot
part or parcel lying and being in the County of Ala 
chua and State of Florida described as follows  The south
1/2 half of the South East Quarter 1/4 of the south
East Quarter (1/4) of section fifteen (15) & the East 
half (1/2) of the North East Quarter (1/4) of section 
Twenty Two (22) in Township nine (9) south of Range
Twenty two (22) East & containing in all one hund
red acres (100) more or less  Being the same land des
cribed & conveyed in Deed dated Dec 11th 1878 to Benjamin
H. Joyner & Sabina Joyner by Celia Stevens & recorded
in book "K" pages 934 & 935 of Public Records
of Alachua County Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belon
ging or in any wise appertaining and the reversions
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and
all the estate right title interest dower and right of dower
property possession claim and demand whatsoever
in law and in equity of the said parties of the first
part of in and to the above granted premises and
every part thereof with the appurtenances To have and
to hold the above mentioned and described premises
with the appurtenances to the said party of the second
part his heirs and assigns forever and the said
Benjamin H. Joyner of the first part and his 
heirs the above described and hereby granted and
released premises and every part and parcel thereof
with the appurtenances unto the said party of the
