in consideration of the sum of One hundred Dollars
to me in hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby ackno
wledged has bargained sold and transferred and by these
presents do bargain sell and Transfer unto the said party
of the second part and his heirs and assigns forever all
that certain parcel of land lying and being in the
County of Alachua and State of Florida and more partic
ularly described as follows The North half of the South
half of Lot No Six in South half of section Fifteen
(15) West of the Arredondo Grant line Township
Eleven (11) Range Eighteen (18) containing near Ten(10)
acres Together with all the Tenements hereditaments and
appurtenances with every privilege right title interest and
estate dower and right of dower reversion remainder
and easement thereto belonging or in anywise ap
pertaining to Have and to hold the same in fee simple for
ever and the said party of the first part does covenant
with the said party of the second part that he is
lawfully seized of said premises that they are free of all
incumbrances and that He has good right and lawful
authority to sell the same and that He will warrant and
defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons

Justice of the Peace personally appeared William B.
Lipsey and Hannah H. Lipsey who severally acknow
ledged that they executed the foregoing deed for the
purpose therein expressed and I further certify that
the said Hannah H. Lipsey at an examination separate
and apart from her said husband did acknow
ledge that she executed the foregoing deed of con
veyance and joined in the same for the purpose of
relinquishing all dower or right of dower in and
to the premises described therein and that the relin
quishment of dower was made freely and volunta
rily and without any fear or constraint from her
husband the said William B. Lipsey
