Alachua County   } Know all men by these presents
that Sarah R. Barnes & L.A. Barnes her husband
of the aforesaid State and County for and in consider
ation of the sum of Ten dollars to them cash in hand
paid the receipt whereof they do hereby acknowledge have
bargained sold conveyed and forever quit claimed
and by these presents do bargain sell convey and for
ever quit claim unto Samuel C. Tucker all of that
right title interest and claim at law or in equity of
in or to that certain piece parcel or tract of land sit
uated lying and being in the County of Alachua
in the state of Florida particularly described as follows
to wit: Commencing at a point One Hundred and
Sixty five feet (165) East of the North west corner
of section (14) Fourteen Township (10) Ten Range (20) Twenty
East thence south (440) Four hundred and forty feet
thence westerly along the margin of a Pond or lake to a 
point south of the place of beginning thence North to the
place of beginning Together with all and singular the
tenments hereditaments and appurtenances to the same be
longing or in anywise appertaining To Have and to hold
the same unto him the said Saml C. Tucker and to his
heirs executors administrators and assigns forever In
witness whereof we have hereunto set our hands and
affixed our seals on this Ninth day of January AD

for the purpose of releasing and relinquishing all her
