        W.B. Lipsey  To  W.L. Jackson
                   "Deed"
This Indenture made this 5th day of January AD 1884 Bet
ween William B. Lipsey of the County of Alachua and
State of Florida party of the first part and Wilb
ur L. Jackson of the County of Alachua and State of 
Florida party of the second part Witnesseth that the
said party of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of one hundred dollars to me in hand
paid the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has
bargained sold and transferred and by these presents
do bargain sell and transfer unto the said party 
of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain parcel of land lying and being
in the County of Alachua and state of Florida
and more particularly described as follows Lot
Nineteen in Section Fifteen (15) East of the Arred
ondo Grant Line Township Eleven (11) Range 
Eighteen (18) containing Ten (10) acres Together with 
all the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
with every privilege right title interest and estate
dower and right of dower reversion remainder and
easement thereto belonging or in anywise apper
taining To Have and to hold the same in fee
simple forever and the said party of the first
part does covenant with the said party of the
second part that he is lawfully seized of said prem
ises that they are free of all incumbrance and that
he good right and lawful authority to sell the same
and that H will warrant and defend the same against
the lawful claims of all persons  In witness whereof
the said party of the first part has hereunto set his
hand and seal the day and year above written

County of Alachua }  Be it known that before me
a Justice of the Peace personally appeared Wm B.
Lipsey and Hannah H. Lipsey who severally ackno
wledged that they executed the foregoing deed for 
the purpose therein expressed and I further certify 
that the said Hannah H. Lipsey at an examin
ation separate and apart from her said husb
and did acknowledge that she executed the foreg
oing deed of conveyance and joined in the 
same for the purpose of relinquishing all dow
er or right of dower in and to the premises
