                         "Deed"
This Indenture made the 26th day of December
in the year of Our lord One Thousand Eight hundred
and Eighty three Between Elias C. Osteen and Lavinia
Osteen his wife and William Henry Cason and Josep
hine Cason his wife of the County of Columbia and
State of Florida parties of the first part and James
W. Perry Party of Columbia County Florida of the 
second part witnesseth that the said parties of the
first part for and in consideration of the sum of
Five Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United
States of America to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof is
hereby acknowledged have granted bargained sold
aliened remised released conveyed and confirmed
and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien
remise release convey and confirm unto the said
party of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever an undivided Two thirds interest in the follow
ing land lying and being in the County of Alachua
and State of Florida described as follows Lot number
three (3) of Section Twenty three (23) containing One
hundred and two and 20/100 acres (102 20/100) and Lots
Number One (1) and Two (2) and the East half of the
South West Quarter of section Twenty six (26) and
Lot number One (1) of section thirty five 35 containing
two hundred and Eleven and 75/100 acres (211 75/100) and
the North West Quarter of the North East Quarter of Sec
tion Twenty six containing thirty nine and 95/100
acres (39. 95/100) and Lot number Two (2) of Section
thirty five (35) and Lot number six (6) of section
thirty four (34) containing Eighty five and 75/100
