default in the performance of any one of the conditions
or in the payment of any of the sums as herein before
expressed be made or suffered for a period of sixty
days from the time the same shall become due
and payable then the said Frank Bateman his heirs 
or assigns shall forfeit all right given by this contract
to purchase or occupy said land and to all improvements
made thereon and to all sums paid by him under this contr
act and the said Florida Commercial Company may at 
any time enter upon said land and evict the said Frank
Bateman without legal prossess or proceedings of any kind
whatsoever and resume full and absolute possession of
said lands and all crops and improvements standing or
made thereon or the said Florida Commercial Company
may at its election take possession of said land and 
all crops and improvements thereon and sell the same
at public auction and after deducting from the proceeds
of such sale any and all sums remaining unpaid named
herein as a consideration and condition of the sale of said 
land to the said Frank Batemen and all expenses and costs
of sale including a charge of ten per cent of the whole
sum received and all unpaid taxes and assessments pay over
any surplus to the said Frank Bateman his heirs or assig
ns  In witness whereof the said Florida Commercial Comp
any hereunto sets its corporate name and seal by the
hand of its Land Agent duly authorized for this purpose
this eighth day of August AD 1883.

This Indenture made this 22nd day of November AD
1879  Between Phillis Davis and Isaac Davis her
husband of Gainesville Alachua Co Florida parties of
the first part and Ra Jessie Johnson party of
the First part in consideration of the sum of Two
Hundred Dollars lawful money of the United States
to her hand paid the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged Have granted bargained and sold and
by these presents do grant bargain and sell unto
the said party of the second part all the following
described premises to wit the East Half of the South Half
