& South in the county of Alachua State of Florida being
part of the premises conveyed to said Phillis Davis by
Charles W. Brush Executor of Nehemiah Brush deceased
by Deed bearing date Feb 22 1873 To Have and to hold
the above described premises to the said party of the
second part and her assigns with the appurtenances
thereto belonging forever and the said party of the First
Part the said premises and every part and parcel thereof
to the said party of the second part and her assigns in
their peasable possession against all persons claim
ing or to claim the same lawfully for themselves their
heirs & Executors & administrators shall and will forever
warrant and defend. In witness whereof the said
