This Indenture made the 3rd day of January in the
year of Our Lord one Thousand eight hundred and
Eighty four Between Greenberry P. Quaintance and
wife Sarah J. Quaintance of the first part and Will
iam O. Thompson of the town of Archer County of
Alachua and State of Florida of the second part witn
esseth that the said parties of the first part for and 
in consideration of the sum of six hundred Dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to them in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at or 
before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have grant
ed bargained sold aliened remised released conveyed
and confirmed and by these presents do grant bar
gain sell alien remise release convey and confirm
unto the said party of the second part and his heirs
and assigns forever all that certain tract or
parcel of land situated lying and being within one
mile East of the town of Archer and more fully
described as follows Being the S1/2 of the SE1/4
of the NE1/4 of Sec 16 T11 R18 containing (20)
Twenty acres more or less Together with all and 
singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereto belonging or in any wise appertaining
and the reversion and reversions remainder and rem
ainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
