berry P. Quaintance and as one of the persons des
cribed in and who executed the foregoing Deed of convey
ance did this day to me on a separate and private
examination before me taken and made separately and 
apart from her said husband acknowledge and decl
are that she made herself a party to and executed
the same for the purpose of waiving her dower in and
to the lands in said conveyance described and granted
that she does convey freely and voluntarily and with
out any constraint apprehension fear or compulsion from
her said husband the said right or dower  witness
my hand and seal at Archer this 3rd day of January

of January AD One thousand eight hundred and Eighty

County of Alachua}  This Indenture made and enter
ed into this the Twelfth day of January AD One Thous
and Eight Hundred and  Eighty four (1884) Between
Virginia A. Branning and her husband D.L. Bran
ning of the County of Alachua and State of Florida
of the first part and Hardee Raulerson of the sec
ond part witnesseth that the said party of the first 
part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hun
dred Dollars to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part the receipt whereof is hereby acknow
ledged have granted sold and conveyed unto the said
party of the second part His heirs and assigns the
following described tract or parcel of land lying being
and situate in the County of Alachua and State of
Florida to wit: Lot number one (Lot 1) in Block Six
