(B.6.) in Branning second addition to Waldo To 
Have and to hold the premises hereby conveyed Together with
all the rights privilege and appurtenances to the said party
of the second part His Heirs and assigns forever and the
said parties of the first part do hereby covenant and 
agree to and with the said party of the second part His
heirs and assigns for themselves their heirs executors
and administrators to forever warrant and defend the
title to the premises hereby conveyed against the
claim of every person whomsoever  In witness whereof
we have hereunto set our hands and affixed our
seals.

One thousand eight hundred and Eighty four before
me Saml J. Kennard a Justice of the Peace in and
for said County personally appeared Virginia A. Bran
ning and D.L. Branning her husband whose names
are subscribed to the annexed instrument as parties there
to personally known to me to be the individuals descr
ibed therein and who executed the same and they and
each of them acknowledged to me that they executed the
said instrument each respectively freely and voluntarily for
the uses and purposes therein mentioned and I do further
certify that Mrs Virginia A. Branning wife of the 
said D.L. Branning did acknowledge to me on an
examination separately and apart from her husband
that she executed the same freely and voluntarily for the
uses and purposes therein mentioned and for the purpose
of conveying all the claim title to or interest in said
premises without fear or compulsion or undue inf
luence of her said husband.  Whereof I pray that the
same may become a matter of record  In testimony
whereof I have hereunto set my  hand and affixed my seal
of office this the Twelfth day of January AD 1884.
