     Trustees Florida Rail Road Co  To  W.T. Burge
                                 "Deed"
This Indenture made and entered into on this the twelfth
day of June in the year of our Lord one thousand eight
hundred and sixty seven between James T. Soutter and
John McRae Trustees duly appointed by the Florida
Rail Road Company parties of the first part and W.T.
Burge party of the second part witnesseth that the said
parties of the first part for and in consideration of the sum
of Twenty two Dollars to them in hand paid by the said
party of the second part the receipt whereof is hereby
acknowledged have given granted aliened bargained
sold transfered and do by these presents give grant
alien bargain sell transfer and convey unto the said
party of the second part all of those several tracts
or parcels of land lying & being in the County of Alachua
State of Florida & more particularly known & described on
the maps and public surveys of said State as Lots
One Two, Three, Four Five & Eight (1.2.3.4.5.& 8.) of 
Section Twenty Seven (27,S) containing Two Hundred
and Thirty Nine 23968 acres more or less also Sec
tion Nineteen containing six Hundred and Forty (640)
acres more or less all in Township Eleven South
T.11,S. Range Eighteen East R18E also section
Twenty One (S21) Township Nine South Range Eig
hteen East containing six Hundred & Seventeen 617.44 
acres more or less.  Also Lots One (1) Two (2) Three(3)
& Four (4) of Section Three (3) Township Nine South
(T9 S) Range Twenty East R20 E containing Two
hundred and Sixty Three (26329) acres more or
less Also west half W1/2 of Section Twenty seven
S27 Township nine south T9 S Range Seventeen
East R17 E Containing three Hundred and Twenty
one (32152) acres more or less also in the town
of Waldo & County aforesaid Lots Six & Seven in Block 
Ten.  Also in the Town of Archer & County aforesaid
Lot One in Block Two also Lots One & Ten in Block
Twenty Four.  To Have and to hold the above des
cribed premises together with all and singular the
rights and privileges immunities easements and appur
tenances thereunto belonging or in any wise appertain
ing unto the said party of the second part and his 
heirs as their absolute property in fee simple forever
and the said parties of the first part for themselves
and successors as trustees as aforesaid and for the
said Florida Rail Road Company and for all others
claiming by through or under them or either of them
do covenant and agree that they are seized as Trustees
