of a good and indefeasible fee simple to the above
premises and that they have good right to convey the same
as they have conveyed the same free and discharged from
all encumbrances and liens of any and every nature and descrip
tion created by themselves as such Trustees and that the said
party of the second part his heirs and assigns shall quietly
and peaceably enjoy the above described premises against
all persons whatsoever lawfully claiming under them or
either of them In Testimony whereof the said parties of the
first part have hereunto affixed their hands and seals this

"Deed"
This Indenture made the 21st day of September in the year
of Our Lord One thousand eight hundred and Eighty three
Between Mrs. Virginia A. Branning and her husband
D.L. Branning of Waldo Florida of the first part and Miss
Cornelia Jones of Waldo Alachua County Florida of the
second part witnesseth that the said parties of the first
part for and in consideration of the sum of One Hun
dred and fifty Dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to them in hand paid by the said party of
the second part at or before the ensealing and delivery
of these presents the receipt whereof is hereby acknowled
ged have bargained sold and transfered and by these
presents do bargain sell and transfer unto the said |
