party of the second part and to her heirs and assigns
forever all that certain Lot or parcel of land lying and being
in the Town of Waldo Alachua County Florida and known
and described on the Public Records as the east half of Lot
(No 10) Ten and Lot (No 12) Twelve in Block Two (no 2) in Branning's
addition to Waldo E1/2 of Lot 10 and Lot 12 in Block 2) Together
with all and singular the Tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances thereunto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
reversion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and also all the estate right title interest
and separate estate property possession claim and demand
whatsoever as well in law as in equity of the said 
parties of the first part of in and to the above described
premises and every part and parcel thereof with the appur
tenances  To Have and to Hold all and singular the above
mentioned and described premises Together with the appur
tenances unto the said party of the second part Her
heirs and assigns forever  In witness whereof the said
parties of the first part have hereunto set hand and

executed by me separate and apart from my said
husband and in the presence of Saml J. Kennard a
Justice of the Peace of the State of Florida acknow
ledge and declare that I did make myself a 
party to and executed the foregoing Deed for the pur
pose of conveying all my Right title and interest in
and to the lands therein described and granted and
that I executed the same freely and without any
compulsion or fear of or from my said husband
the said D.L. Branning  In witness whereof I hereun
to subscribe my name and affix my seal this 21st
