of beginning in section Twenty four (24) in Township
nine (9) South of Range Eighteen 18 East containing Eighty
three and a half acres more or less together with all 
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances
to the same belonging or in anywise appertaining To 
Have and to hold the same unto him the said Ambr
se Welch and to his heirs executors administrators and ass
igns in fee simple absolute forever  In witness whereof we
