      George A. Butler  To  Washington Jones
                      "Deed"
This Indenture made the third day of April in the year
of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and Eighty two Betw
een George A. Butler and Alice Butler husband and wife
both of New Haven Conneticut of the first part and Wash
ington Jones of Waldo county of Alachua state of Florida
of the second part witnesseth that the said parties of the 
first part for and in consideration of the sum of one 
(1) Dollar lawful money of the United States of America to 
them  in hand paid by the said part of the second part
at or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have given
granted bargained sold aliened remised released convey
ed and confirmed and by these presents grant bargain
sell alien remise convey and confirm unto the said
part of the second part and his heirs and assigns
forever all that certain tract or parcel of land situated
lying and being in the county of Alachua and state of
Florida and known and described on the public maps
and records of said state as a square block of land
of Equal sides and containing eighteen (18) acres and
being situated in the North east corner of the follow
ing described parcel of land the North East quarter
of the south west quarter of section thirteen in
Township Eight South of Range Twenty one East and
containing forty acres more or less(NE1/4 of SW1/4 Sec
13 T8 S R21 E) Together with all and singular the
tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining and the reversion and rever
sion and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues
and profits thereof and also all the estate right title inter
est property possession claim and demand whatsoever
as well in law as in equity of the said parties of the 
first part of in and to the same and every part and
parcel thereof with the appurtenances To Have and to Hold
the above granted bargained and described premises with
the appurtenances unto the said party of the second part
