   Florida Southern Railway Co  To  Washington H. Tillis
                             "Deed"
This indenture made the fifteenth day of December in 
the year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty three between the Florida Southern Railway Com
pany of the first part and Washington H. Tillis Waits Cross
ing Florida of the second part witnesseth that the said
party of the first part for and in consideration of the
sum of One dollars lawful money of the United States
of America to it paid by the party of the second part at
or before the ensealing and delivery of these presents the
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised released
and forever quit claimed and by these presents does rem
ise release and forever quit claim unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns for
ever Lots Two and four Block three of the Town of 
Waits Crossing situated in section 26 and 35 Towns
hip 10 South Range 22 East in the County of Ala
chua State of Florida Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto
belonging or in any wise appertaining and the reversion
and reversions remainder and remainders rents issues and
profits thereof and also all the estate right title inter
est property possession claim and due and whats
oever as well in law as in equity of the said party
of the first part of in and to the above described prem
ises and every part and parcel thereof with the app
urtenances  To Have and to hold all and singular the
above mentioned and described premises together with the
appurtenances unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever  In witness whereof the said
            Florida Southern Railway Company has hereunto
            caused its corporate name to be signed and its
            corporate seal affixed by its President on

Know all men by these Presents that for the con
sideration herein before expressed the New England Trust
Company trustees under a certain mortgage given by
the Florida Southern Railway Company does hereby
forever release and discharge the above described
land from the effect and operation of said Trust
mortgage and releases and discharges all liens or
