Alachua Co      }  This Indenture made this Nov 24
1862 Between J.M. Hunter and other trustees of East
Florida Seminary of the one part and Rev W.M. Kennedy
of the Florida Conference of the other part witnesseth
that said Trustees for and in consideration of one
hundred and Eighteen Dollars paid by said Kennedy
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have bargain
ed sold and delivered and by these presents do bar
gain sell and deliver to the said Kennedy a certain
lot of land in the Town of Micanopy Known as 
Lot No 25 of Watsons Survey containing one acre
more or less the title to which land together with
all its appurtenances the said Trustees bind them
selves and their successors in office forever to defend
to the said Kennedy his heirs and assigns  In witness
whereof we have set our names & seals the date
