     N.D. Phillips Et al  To  Walter Bruce
                        "Deed"
Know all men by these presents: that we N.D. Phillips
and his wife K.J. Phillips of Alachua County State of
Florida W.M. Jordan and his wife M.R. Jordan of Elm
ore County State of Alabama and W.H. Micon Jr and his
wife S.E. Micon of Montgomery County State of Alabama
parties of first part and Walter Bruce of Alachua County
State of Florida of the second part witnesseth that the
said parties of the first part for and in consideration
of the sum of one Hundred and twenty Five dollars
to them in hand paid by said Walter Bruce of the 
second part of the County of Alachua & State of Florida
the receipt whereof we do hereby acknowledge have
granted bargained sold and conveyed and by these
presents do grant bargain sell & convey unto him the
said Walter Bruce all that certain lot piece tract
or parcel of Land situated lying & being in Alachua
County State of Florida and known and described as 
follows to wit: Fractional part of lot number
seventy Eighty of the Leitner Tract of land as shown
by the  map thereof recorded on Records of Alachua
County Florida in Deed Book "J" at pages 645
particularly described as follows to wit: Beginning at
the South east Corner of said lot number Seventy

enty feet thence due North six hundred and seventeen
feet thence in a south easterly direction along the
southern line of Tract of land sold to J.M. Judd to
the point of beginning containing nine acres more
