    Florida Southern Railway Co  To  Eberle Baird Et al
                              "Deed"
This Indenture made the seventh day of November
in the year of Our Lord one thousand eight hun
dred and eighty three between the Florida Southern
Railway Company of the first part and Eberle Baird
& Emmet J. Baird of Gville Florida of the second
part Witnesseth that the said party of the first part
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollars
lawful money of the United States of America to it
paid by the party of the second part at or before
the ensealing and delivery of these presents the 
receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged has remised
released and forever quit claimed and by these pres
ents does remise release and forever quit claim unto
the said party of the second part and to their heirs
and assigns forever the North East quarter
The North half of South East quarter and South
west quarter of South East quarter of Sec 27
Tp 8 S Range 19 E in the county of Alachua
state of Florida Together with all and singular
the tenements hereditaments and appurtenances there
unto belonging or in anywise appertaining and the
