caused its corporate name to be signed and its corp
orate seal affixed by its President on the day and

Know all men by these Presents that for the consid
eration herein before expressed the New England Trust
Company Trustees under a certain mortgage given
by the Florida Southern Railway Company does here
by forever release and discharge the above described
land from the effect and opperation of said Trust
Mortgage and releases and discharges all lien or 
right to lien upon said land by reason of said
mortgage  In witness whereof the New England
Trust Company has hereunto caused its corporate
name to be subscribed by its duly authorized agent
on the day and year first above written
