of the sum of one dollars lawful money of
the United States of America to it paid by the party
of the second part at or before the ensealing
and delivery of these presents the receipt whereof
is hereby acknowledged has remised released and
forever quit claimed and by these presents does remise
release and forever quit claim unto the said party
of the second part and to his heirs and assigns
forever Lot No 18 Plat of Graddick excepting Right
of way one hundred and twenty feet wide through
said lot #18 situated in sec 26 Tp 10 S Range 21 E
in the County of Alachua State of Florida Together
with all and singular the Tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and reversions remainder
and remainders rents issues and profits thereof and also
all the estate right title interest property possession
claim and demand whatsoever as well in law as
in equity of the said party of the first part
of in and to the above described premises and every
part and parcel thereof with the appurtenances
To Have and to hold all and singular the above men
tioned and described premises together with the appur
tenances unto the said party of the second part his
heirs and assigns forever In witness whereof the said
          Florida Commercial Company has hereunto caused
          its corporate name to be signed and its cor
