     Mary P. Dell  To  Henrietta Dell Cassidey
                 "Deed"
This Indenture made the Third day of January in the 
year of our Lord one thousand eight hundred and
Eighty four Between Mary P. Dell feme sole of the
County of Alachua and State of Florida of the
first part and Henrietta Dell Cassidey wife of 
Francis A.L. Cassidey of Duval County State of Florida
of the second part witnesseth that the said party of 
the first part for and in consideration of the 
sum of ($800.) Eight Hundred Dollars lawful money
of the United states of America to her in hand paid by
the said party of the second part at or before the en
sealing and delivery of these presents the receipt where
of is hereby acknowledged has granted bargained
sold aliened remised released conveyed and confirm
ed and by these presents does grant bargain
sell alien remise release convey and confirm unto
the said party of the second part and her heirs
and assigns forever all those tracts or parcels
of land lying and being in the counties of Alachua
&  Bradford and State of Florida described as
follows  The North East quarter of Section 13
and the South half of North west quarter of section
35 thirty five all in Township seven(7) Range Nineteen
(19) and containing Two hundred and forty (240)
acres more or less Also the undivided one third
1/3 interest in the house and lot in the town
of Newnansville County of Alachua state of Florida
which was formerly the residence and homestead
of Mary M. Dell widow of Phillip Dell deceased
and the mother of the party of the first part 
which said residence is at this time occupied by 
Frank P. Olmsted as a residence Also all right
title and interest to any and all of the proceeds
which may accrue to her from the sale of any
of the property of the late Bennett M. Dell deceased
of the County of Alachua State aforesaid.  Together
with all and singular the tenements hereditaments
and appurtenances thereunto belonging or in anywise
appertaining and the reversion and and reversions
remainder and remainders rents issues and profits
thereof and also all the estate right title interest dower
and right of dower separate estate property poss
ession claim and demand whatsoever as well in
law as in equity of the said party of the first
part of in and to the same and every part
and parcel thereof with the appurtenances To Have
