Mary P. Dell to me well known as the person descr
ibed in and who executed the foregoing Deed of convey
ance and acknowledged that she executed the same
for the purpose therein expressed whereupon it is
prayed that the same may be recorded In witness

Alachua County } This Indenture made this four
teenth day of April AD 1883 between Mary A. Riles
in her own right and Henry J. Riles her husband
and Kate A. Sparkman in her own right and
John D. Sparkman her husband all of said State
and County parties of the first part and Samuel
B. Stoler and David M. Stoler both of Sexton
of the County of Bedford State of Pennsylvan
ia of the second part witnesseth that for
and in consideration of the sum of Four Hun
dred Dollars to the parties of the first part paid
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have
granted bargained sold and by these presents
do grant bargain sell and convey unto the said
parties of the second part their heirs and assig
ns in fee simple all of that certain tract or
parcel of land lying and being in said State
and County and described as follows to wit:
The North East Quarter of the South East
Quarter of section Twenty Five (25) in Town
ship Ten (10) South of Range Twenty Two (22)
East containing forty acres more or less being
land conveyed to said grantors herein by Arnow
Higginbotham and Martha E. Higginbotham
by deed dated the eighteenth day of Sept
ember AD 1882 and recorded in the public records
of Alachua County at pages 753 and 754.
To Have and to hold the above described land
to the said parties of the second part their heirs
and assigns together with the rights members
and appurtenances thereunto being belonging
