City of Baltimore }  Know all men by these 
presents that we John W. Williams and Augustus
R. Williams his wife of the State and City aforesaid for
and in consideration of the sum of three hundred
and Twenty Dollars to us in hand paid by William
W. Stroble of Alachua County Florida the receipt
whereof we hereby acknowledge have granted barg
ained sold and conveyed to the said William W. Stroble
his heirs and assigns the following described piece parcel
or Tract of land lying and being in said Alachua County
Florida to wit the South half of the south west Quarter
S1/2 of SW1/4) section thirty five (35) Township Eight
(8) Range Seventeen (17) S & E containing by estimation
Eighty acres of land more or less Together with all
and singular the tenements hereditaments and appurten
ances to the same in any wise appertaining or belon
ging To Have and to hold the same unto him the said
William W. Stroble his heirs and assigns in fee
simple absolute forever and we the said John W. Williams
and Augusta R. Williams his wife do hereby covenant
and agree that the premises herein and hereby convey
ed are free and unencumbered of all encumbrances or 
liens of any nature whatsoever that we are lawfully seized
in fee of the same and that we will and our heirs exe
cutors and administrators shall and will forever warr
ant and defend the title to the same against the
lawful claims and demands of any and all persons
whomsoever now claiming or hereafter to claim the
same  In witness whereof we have hereunto set our
