into this 9th day of December AD 1873 Between Louisa
C. Bolling Executrix of Mary A. Bolling Decd party of
the first part and Delpia A. Hart of the second
part witnesseth that for and consideration of the
sum of Six Hundred and Fifty Dollars to the said
party of the first part in hand paid by the said party
of the second part at the time of executing this Ind
