Forty chains thence East Magnetic Thirty four chains
and Fifty Links to the Line dividing lots No Ten (10)
and Eleven (11) of the said Twenty thousand Tract
thence North along said dividing Line forty chains
to the point of Beginning and containing One Hun
dred and thirty eight acres and Laying in the 
East End of the Tract of Land of Four Hundred
and Sixteen acres and Two thirds of an acre con
veyed by Moses E. Levy to Joshua Stafford by
Deed on the 27th day of November AD 1852 and by
the said Stafford conveyed to William J. Turner by Deed
on the 22nd day of February AD 1883  To Have and
the above described and granted premises with all the 
rights improvements and appurtenances thereunto belonging
or in anywise appertaining to the only proper use
benefit and behoof of the said party of the second
part her heirs executors or assigns in fee simple for
ever and the said party of the first do this hereby
covenant and agree to and with the said party 
of the second part that she is seized in fee of the
of the above described lands and every part and
parcel thereof  and has the legal right to convey the
same and she and her heirs executors and successors
in office will warrant and defend this title to the
same against all claims whatsoever  In testimony
