This Indenture made this twenty fourth (24) day of Novem
ber in the year of Our Lord One thousand eight hundr
ed and Eighty three by and between Ella Palmer &
Frank Palmer her husband of the State of Florida & County
of Alachua of the first part and Helen L. McL Kimball of 
Washington D.C. party of the second part witnesseth
that the said parties of the first part for and in con
sideration of the sum of four hundred and fifty dollars
Dollars in lawful money of the United States to us in
hand paid by the said party of the second part at and
before the sealing and delivery of these presents the re
ceipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar
gained sold aliened enfeoffed released and conveyed 
and and by these presents grant bargain sell alien
enfeoff release and convey unto the said party of the
second part her heirs and assigns forever the follow
ing described real estate situate in the State of Florida
County of Alachua & Town of Palmer lying on the
Rail Road to wit  All that certain piece or parcel

in the County of Alachua State of Florida Together

privileges appurtenances and hereditaments to the
same belonging or in any wise appertaining and
all the remainders reversions rents issues and profits
