land and premises with the appurtenances unto the
said party of the second part her heirs and assigns to 
her or their sole use benefit and behoof forever and
the said parties of the first part for themselves and for
their heirs executors and administrators do hereby coven
ant promise and agree to and with the said party of 
the second part her heirs and assigns that they the
said parties of the first part and their heirs shall and
will warrant and forever defend the said piece or
parcel of land and premises and appurtenances unto the
said part of the second part her heirs and assigns from
and against the claims of all persons claiming or to
claim the same or any part thereof by from under
or through him her them or either of them and further

and acknowledge all such other Deed or Deeds or other
assurance in law for the more certain and effectual

her heirs or assigns or conselel learned in law shall advise

Do Hereby Certify that Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer
part to a certain Deed bearing date on the Twenty
fourth day of November AD 1883 and hereunto annexed
personally appeared before me in the District afore
said the said Ella Palmer and Frank Palmer being
personally well known to me to be the person who ex
ecuted the said deed and acknowledged the same
to be their act and deed and the said Ella Palmer
being of full age and by me examined privately and
apart from her husband and having the Deed af
oresaid fully explained to her acknowledged the same
to be the act and deed and declared that - had will
