                         "Deed"
This Indenture made the first day of August in the year
of our Lord one thousand Eight hundred and Eighty
three Between Benjaman F. Jones and Mary McM his
wife Thomas M. Jones and Annie E. his wife  Henry
A. Laughlin and Mary B. his wife George M. Laughlin
and Isabel B. his wife James Laughlin Jr and Sidney
P. his wife Eliza Laughlin Phillips and Duncan C. Phillips
her husband Ann I. Laughlin widow of James Lau
ghlin deceased and Mary F. Laughlin widow of Alex
ander Laughlin Jr deceased all of the City of Pitts
burg County of Allegheny State of Pennsylvania
parties of the first part and Jones and Laughlin
Limited a limited partnership association of the City
County and State aforesaid parties of the second
part witness that the said parties of the first parts
for and in consideration of the sum of one dollar
lawful money of the United States of America unto them
well and truly paid by the said parties of the second
part at or before the sealing and delivery of these presents
the receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged have granted bar
gained sold aliened enfeoffed released conveyed and con
formed and by these presents do grant bargain sell alien 
enfeoff release convey and confirm unto the said parties
of the second part their heirs and assigns all the following 
described land viz: all that tract or parcel of land
situate in the County of Alachua State of Florida bounded
and described as follows to wit  Being the S1/2 of section
32 Township 7 Range 20 East: the NW1/4 of the NE1/2
and the N1/2 of the NW1/4 of section 5: Lot No 1 and
the N1/2 of Lot No 2 section six Township 8 South Range
20 East Being lands conveyed by Philip Dell Etux
to H.B. Scott by H.B. Scott to Horatio Jenkins Jr and 
Leonard J. Dennis and by them conveyed to Garth W. James
containing 560 acres more or less and also the NE
1/4 of the NE1/4 and the SE1/4 of of the NE1/4 of section
5 Township 8 South Range 20 East Being the same
conveyed by James Bevil etux to said Horatio Jenkins
