first by Garth W. James Etux Etal by their deed
dated November 30 1875 recorded in said County in 
Deed Book J pp 838-42 by Augustus F. Cady Assignee
by his deed dated June 14, 1878 recorded in Deed Book
K pp. 392-4 and by said James Etux by their
deed dated April 26 1878 recorded in said County in
Deed Book K pp 389-91 Together with all and
